Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, and other account items

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ️Willing to work 20 or more hours
• ️1+ year previous experience preferred 
• ️Equipment: personal computer (no tablet) with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, USB headset with microphone, wired house phone, wired high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi) with at least 10 MBPS, and antivirus software installed.
• ️ Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service across different channels (phone, chat, e-mail)
• ️ Excellent written and verbal communication
• ️ Attention to detail
• ️ Friendly tone and professional demeanor
• ️ Self-motivated and resourceful
• ️ Tech-savvy and avid computer user
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies
• Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
• Strong time management and decision making skills
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check

~ Revenues Ranges $13 - $19 + bonus incentives earning potential 

~ Paid Training!! 

~ Revenue is earned per talk time hours, and all active servicing customer service representatives will incur a Flat Rate Service Fee of $50 an invoice period.

Note that we are unable to work with applicants in California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin, with addition to the US Territories, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Island.

As an Independent Contractor, you will be considered 1099. Also as you will be an Independent Contractor there are no benefits ( vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind )
